Job Summary:
KP Automotive is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Understand client needs and provide suitable automobile solutions.
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets through effective client engagement.
Assist customers in the car selection, financing, and after-sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automobiles will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0–5 years in Sales / Customer Relationship (Freshers can also apply).
