Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Partner Relationship Manager to manage and grow business through our ABP Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage Business Partners to achieve business targets.

• Train and motivate partners on products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

• Drive sales growth through effective partner engagement and business planning.

• Ensure high partner satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving queries.

• Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of revenue and productivity goals.

• Maintain strong coordination with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and after-sales support.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work with channel partners and drive sales through influence and support.

• Self-motivated with a strong achievement orientation.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
