Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve quarterly sales targets with consistent focus on productivity and business development.

• Develop and execute strategies for market penetration through direct and indirect marketing initiatives.

• Manage, mentor, and support Relationship Officers at the branch to enhance overall performance.

• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners to generate new customer leads.

• Train and guide the team on brand positioning, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

• Deliver efficient and customer-centric service to ensure long-term relationships.

• Work towards building a creditworthy loan portfolio while minimizing risk.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loans / LAP or combined product experience.

• Ticket Size Exposure: Handling loan amounts up to ₹50 Lacs.

• Strong sales orientation with proven track record in achieving targets.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team
