Star 11 Health & Fitness, a respected fitness centre operating for 3 years in the Kankaria–Maninagar area, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall membership sales strategy and execution

• Personally follow up with high-value leads through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings

• Supervise the sales executive(s) and ensure targets are met

• Train team members to improve closing, communication and customer experience

• Plan and execute marketing activities for conversions

• Maintain lead tracking, CRM updates and weekly reporting

• Create and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members

• Work closely with management to build long-term sales growth plans

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong background in real estate, insurance, hospitality or fitness sales

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (managerial experience preferred)

• Excellent communication, leadership and closing skills

• Confident personality with a strong sense of ownership

• Ability to handle targets and drive a team without pressure or toxicity
