Job Title: Mortgage Executive (Australia Department)

Position Overview:

Accomate Global is seeking Mortgage Executives to become a vital part of our Australia department. As a Mortgage Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients in Australia with their mortgage needs, guiding them through the process, and ensuring the smooth execution of mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mortgage Consultation: Provide expert guidance and advice to clients in Australia regarding mortgage products and services.

• Application Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of mortgage applications, including document collection, verification, and submission to lending institutions.

• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Australian mortgage regulations and company policies.

• Client Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Loan Closing: Oversee the final stages of the mortgage process, facilitating loan closing procedures.

• Documentation: Organize and maintain accurate mortgage documentation and records.

• Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with team members to meet departmental targets and provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in mortgage processing, lending, or a related role.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian mortgage regulations and industry practices is highly advantageous.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client interactions.

• Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Tools: Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and related tools.
