
Generate life insurance business from assigned bank branches.
Achieve monthly sales targets for insurance products.
Cross-sell and upsell products to bank customers visiting the branch.
Conduct need-based selling to ensure best-fit solutions.
Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Regularly engage with branch teams to activate and motivate them for insurance sales.
Participate in joint customer meetings with bank employees.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable life insurance plans.
Assist customers with policy information, documentation, and onboarding.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide product training and refresher sessions to bank staff.
Share daily/weekly MIS updates and branch performance reports.
Support bank teams with lead conversion and queries.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
Follow all compliance and regulatory norms during sales.
Experience: 1–5 years in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Sales.
Education: Graduate or above.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to drive sales and work under targets.
Good knowledge of life insurance products preferred.
