Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing contracts, maintaining updated knowledge of local real estate markets, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Real Estate License and thorough understanding of local property laws and regulations

• Strong skills in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property assets

• Proficiency in Sales and proven ability to meet targets

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills and a client-focused attitude

• Ability to work independently and adapt to market trends

• Proficiency in real estate CRM software is a plus

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
