Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on UNext online degree and certification programs
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course benefits, fees, and career outcomes
Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and onboarding
Provide post-admission support to ensure a smooth student journey
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Strong persuasion and counseling abilities
Sales-oriented mindset with empathy for students
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience in education sales/counseling is an advantage
