Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective client from company databases, digital campaigns, and referral sources.

 Handle inbound client inquiries professionally.

 Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

 Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, locations, and payment plans.

 Prepare and update sales reports, MIS reports, and performance trackers.

Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

 Experience in Real Estate, Tele calling, Pre-Sales, Client Service, or Sales Coordination will be an advantage.

 Freshers with strong communication skills preferred.

Required Skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
