Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Explain project details and generate interest.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Update customer details in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of telesales, telecalling, or real estate experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude with strong convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
