About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and approve credit proposals based on company policies.
Analyze financial documents, credit reports, and customer profiles.
Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Monitor portfolio quality and minimize credit risk.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare MIS reports and monitor credit performance.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Credit Management, Loan Processing, or Banking/NBFC preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
