We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Plot Sales Executive / Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. You will be responsible for sourcing clients, promoting commercial land/property sales, managing deal closures, and building long-term relationships with investors, builders, and business owners.
Generate leads for the sale of commercial plots and land parcels through cold calling, site visits, networking, and digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and investment opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), business owners, developers, and investors.
Conduct site inspections with potential clients and provide all necessary documentation.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents to clients.
Coordinate with legal teams, architects, and government authorities for due diligence, zoning, and approvals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated on market trends, property rates, government policies, and competitor offerings.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports to the sales head / management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably commercial / plot sales).
Strong understanding of land transactions, commercial real estate laws, and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital real estate portals.
Must be familiar with Ghaziabad real estate market (preferred).
