We are Looking Assistant Sales Manager who supports the Sales Manager by leading the sales team, driving revenue, and implementing strategies to meet company targets. They handle day-to-day operations, coach sales staff, manage client relationships, and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and mentoring sales representatives to improve skills and performance
Sales Target Achievement: Assisting in setting and meeting team goals and revenue targets.
Operational Support: Managing daily sales activities, including scheduling, reporting, and customer service initiatives.
Strategy Implementation: Executing sales strategies and marketing plans developed by senior management.
Client Management: Building strong relationships with key customers and handling escalations.
Data Analysis: Monitoring sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Usually 2–3 years of experience in a sales role, with experience in any Banking Industry , Educational Sales, Insurance Sales
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership: Strong motivational and team-building abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Field.
