Lead Generation and Client Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local market conditions to provide clients with accurate insights and advice.
Property Sales and Showings: Promote and sell residential or commercial properties, arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits, and coordinate open houses.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 to 3 years. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
