We are looking for a sales executive to join our team at OSR Reality. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local market conditions to provide clients with accurate insights and advice.
Property Sales and Showings: Promote and sell residential or commercial properties, arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits, and coordinate open houses.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 2 to 3year experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
