Job Description

We Linkpark Technology have an urgent hiring for Import Export Procurement Executive The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for the organization at the best possible cost, quality, and delivery terms. This role ensures that purchasing activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with organizational policies and vendor agreements. They have the experience to import the material from CHINA,HONGKONG, TAIWAN AND GERMANY.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.Issue purchase orders and track their status to ensure timely delivery.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.Ensure suppliers comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Work closely with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, accounts) to understand their procurement needs.Handle invoice verification and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments.Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies
