Project Sales Executive

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of the City Visitor Information & Record Management System (CVIRMS) across Bangalore. The role involves managing field teams, onboarding hotels/PGs/lodges, coordinating with Bangalore City Police, and ensuring project delivery, compliance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive CVIRMS rollout across all zones of Bangalore.

• Lead and monitor field teams for onboarding, survey, training, and support.

• Coordinate with police authorities (DCP/ACP/PI levels) for project execution.

• Ensure monthly revenue targets and active usage milestones.

• Conduct training sessions for PG/hostel/hotel owners and managers.

• Manage reporting, dashboards, and daily progress tracking.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth implementation.

Required Skills

• Strong communication & leadership skills.

• Experience in field operations/government projects preferred.

• Ability to manage teams and achieve targets.

• Good knowledge of reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management.
