Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Pre-Sales Executive (Sourcing / Opening Specialist) to support the sales team by generating qualified leads, handling initial customer interactions, and coordinating project openings. The role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline through channel partners, direct inquiries, and digital platforms in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sourcing:
Generate leads through multiple channels:
Channel partners / brokers
Digital platforms (Facebook, Google, property portals)
Cold calling and database activation
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers for continuous lead inflow.
Ensure regular follow-ups with existing leads and prospects.
2. Pre-Sales Activities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the closing sales team.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
3. Project Opening & Launch Coordination:
Support new project launches and opening activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, admin) for smooth execution of launch events.
Ensure readiness of sales materials, presentations, and inventory details.
Manage walk-in clients during launch events and provide project briefings.
4. Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries.
Build initial rapport and trust with potential buyers.
Ensure excellent customer experience during the first level of interaction.
5. Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain daily reports on:
Calls made
Leads generated
Site visits scheduled
Update CRM regularly with accurate and complete information.
Track lead conversion funnel and share insights with the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in pre-sales, tele calling, or real estate sourcing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and handle objections effectively.
Basic understanding of real estate sales process and terminology.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with channel partners and brokers.
Familiarity with property portals like Magic Bricks, 99acres, Housing.com.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Multilingual communication ability (Hindi, English, regional language).
