We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth for our premium wedding photography brand. You will be the primary bridge between our creative vision and our clients' dreams. Your goal is to transform inquiries into confirmed bookings by building deep trust with couples and their families, managing high-value lead pipelines, and ensuring our brand remains a top choice in the luxury wedding circuit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry (Instagram, Website, Referrals) to contract signing.
Client Consultation: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to understand a couple’s vision and "sell the dream" through our portfolio.
Package Customization: Create bespoke photography and cinematography packages tailored to multi-day Indian wedding itineraries (Sangeet, Haldi, Phere, etc.).
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, venue managers, and bridal consultants to generate a steady B2B referral stream.
Revenue Management: Meet monthly and seasonal booking targets; manage payment schedules and contract adherence.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at high-end bridal expos and networking events.
Required Skills & Experience
Industry Knowledge: 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally within the luxury wedding, hospitality, or high-end event industry.
Cultural Fluency: A deep understanding of Indian wedding traditions, ceremonies, and the family dynamics involved in the decision-making process.
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to handle "bride-to-be" or "groom-to-be" anxieties with patience and professional grace.
A keen eye for photography/videography aesthetics to better explain technical deliverables (e.g., traditional vs. candid, 4K resolution, cinematic teasers).
High energy and availability during weekends, as that is when most client meetings occur.

Conversion Rate: Percentage of inquiries turned into bookings.
