Job Description

Sales Executive-Personal Loan-Sales As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loans to potential customers. Your role will involve identifying and targeting prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions. You will build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive borrowing experience. Your efforts will contribute to the bank's overall sales targets and help drive business growth. Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to promote personal loan products. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer financial requirements. Offer personalized loan solutions, explaining terms and conditions clearly. Build and maintain a strong network of customer relationships. Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent performance. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions. Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell other bank products and services. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation for loan applications and approvals. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and events to enhance skills and knowledge. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Good knowledge of personal loan products, including features and benefits. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed sales decisions. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
