Job Summary
The Broadband Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve broadband customer acquisition and revenue targets. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, expanding market reach, and implementing sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Broadband Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase broadband subscriptions.
Monitor daily field activities, productivity, and performance of team members.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales executives.
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and SME segments.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, housing societies, local businesses, and community leaders.
Ensure accurate lead management and timely follow-up using CRM or company systems.
Coordinate with installation and customer support teams to ensure timely service activation.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
