The role involves reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and structured follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with decision-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning Wilyer as a trusted solution partner.
We are looking for someone who believes in selling value, not just closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients daily
Pitch Wilyer’s services with strong brand positioning
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos
Understand client requirements and identify opportunities
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
Update CRM and submit daily activity reports
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in cold calling and outreach
Good listening and objection-handling ability
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of outbound sales experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Fixed Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience)
