📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and result-oriented Telecalling Executives for an outbound calling and lead generation process. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, providing accurate information about services, and ensuring effective follow-ups to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads

• Provide detailed information about services and offerings

• Handle customer queries professionally and confidently

• Maintain accurate follow-up records in the system

• Achieve daily calling targets and performance benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Result in hand mandatory)

• 6 months to 8 years of experience in Telecalling / Outbound Calling / Lead Generation

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality

Additional Information:

• No field work involved

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
