Key Responsibilities • Engage with walk-in, online, and telephonic customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust-based, consultative selling. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in periodic training sessions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in wellness or lifestyle products. • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages are an advantage).
