Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist students in selecting the most suitable course based on their career goals.

• Drive sales through warm calling, student engagement, consultative selling, and in-depth course counselling.

• Convert enquiries into successful admissions and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

• Deliver an exceptional student experience at every stage of the journey.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Handle financial transactions and ensure timely collection of fees.
