We are seeking enthusiastic and performance-oriented Senior Online Sales Executive to be part of our dynamic sales team at IndustryBuying.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive customer engagement, Telephonic selling, and relationship management. This role requires persistence, confidence, and the ability to close high-value deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 150 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
Achieve a minimum of 2.5 hours daily talk-time with clients.
Update and maintain customer interactions in Zoho CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure big-ticket closures and repeat orders.
Do cross-selling and pitch additional products to increase overall cart size.
Engage with clients regularly to build trust and long-term business.
Work with a problem-solving approach to address customer queries and provide solutions.
Achieve assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Minimum 9 months of hardcore sales experience (tele-sales/inside sales).
Prior experience in e-commerce and product sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage customer relationships effectively and drive cross-selling.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details & Compensation:
Rotational week offs.
Salary bracket: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (depends on last salary drawn and relevant experience).
