Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, client needs, and the ability to deliver tailored advertising solutions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media buyers.

  • Pitch, negotiate, and close advertising deals across digital.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or related roles.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network with media buying agencies and direct clients is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms, ad tech tools, and analytics is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in programmatic advertising or branded content.

  • Worked in media houses, OTT platforms, digital publishers, or ad networks.
