Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing FMCG team. The role involves promoting our products to retail stores, modern trade outlets, HORECA clients, and direct consumers, while also supporting marketing activities, building strong relationships, and ensuring effective brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business by identifying and visiting potential clients (retailers, cafés, corporate clients, etc.)
Promote and sell Oasis Baklawa products across designated areas and platforms.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product reach in the market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Conduct product sampling/demos at outlets and events to boost brand awareness.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and marketing trends.
Collect feedback from clients and report market insights to the management.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns, promotions, and launches.
Coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains for product placement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG, food, or confectionery sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in field visits and interacting with various types of clients.
Proficient in MS Excel, email writing, and basic digital tools.
Must be target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
