Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and others. As a Senior E-commerce Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing online presence, and optimizing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth across platforms

- Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, and fulfillment on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other platforms

- Expertise in Amazon FBA, onboarding, and inventory management

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, ads, and sponsored content

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions

- Manage claims and returns, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing losses

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities

- Manage Meta ads and other social media advertising platforms

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the cosmetics industry

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing e-commerce strategies

- Expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC, ads, and sponsored content

- Experience with FBA, onboarding, inventory management, and sales analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing large-scale e-commerce operations

- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software
