We are looking for a Loan Sales to join our team at at Propertypistol Realty Private Limited.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sell home loan products to customers purchasing a property.
Generate leads and convert them into home loan customers.
Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, and process.
Coordinate with banks for loan approval and disbursement.
Follow up with customers and banks for timely closure.
Maintain good relationships with customers, banks, and channel partners.
Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in home loans, mortgage, banking, or real estate finance.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to coordinate with banks and manage customer queries.
Basic knowledge of home loan products and documentation.
