As we continue to grow rapidly, experienced professional support is more vital than ever.Position Title: Lead Coordinator (India)Position Type: Volunteer (Unpaid)Time Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per weekLocation: Open (Anywhere in India)Eligibility: Undergraduate students and aboveKey Responsibilities:Assist in the development of project plans, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and coordinating resources.Communicate with project stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, community partners, and beneficiaries, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Prepare and maintain project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and evaluation reports; ensure compliance with funders' requirements.Recruit, train, and manage volunteers involved in project activities.Plan and organize project-related events, such as workshops, conferences, or community outreach events.Identify potential risks to project timelines and outcomes, and propose solutions to mitigate issues.Assist with the development and implementation of tools to measure project impact and outcomes.Provide general administrative assistance to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and handling logistics.Support the expansion of operations in India by recruiting local team members and assisting in building a stronger regional presence.Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Budget tracking and financial management experience is a plus.Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
