Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using modern prospecting tools, data platforms, and outbound strategies to generate B2B leads across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential B2B prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoom Info, Lusha, etc.

· Generate and validate accurate contact lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.
· Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling (optional).
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-gen efforts with business goals.
· Maintain and update lead databases/CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

· Track, measure, and optimize lead conversion metrics.

· Stay up-to-date with B2B data trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

· 0–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.

· Strong research skills and familiarity with B2B data platforms.

· Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email automation tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
