Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager who can foster strong client relationships, handle day-to-day inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing accounts, resolving concerns, and driving business growth through effective cross-selling and up-selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.

  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to maximize account value.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and share performance updates with clients when required.

  • Build strong rapport and ensure repeat business from existing clients.
