Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Generate leads and convert them into sales

Graduate or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
