Job Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through targeted outbound campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach ) for IT services such as cloud, managed services, testing services or custom software development.
Conduct initial qualification calls to assess IT needs, pain points, budget, and project timelines.
Work with marketing and presales to craft personalized outreach and solution-oriented messaging based on industry verticals.
Coordinate with the presales team to schedule and support product demos, discovery calls, and technical presentations.
Maintain accurate data in the CRM and update lead status, notes, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing solution briefs, case studies, and pitch decks for outreach and early-stage discussions.
