Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer queries and provide post-sales support when required.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Target
- Achieve a minimum of 6 insurance policy sales per month.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling customer objections.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
