NLA (New Licensed Advisor): 21% commission + ₹7k–₹12k salary (with consistent work)
LP (Life Planner): 31% commission + ₹12k–₹17k salary (with consistent work)
SLP (Senior Life Planner): 31% commission + ₹17k salary (with consistent work)
CLP (Chief Life Planner): 31% commission + ₹35k salary (with consistent work)
ELP (Executive Life Planner): 31% commission + ₹35k salary (with consistent work)
MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table): 35% commission + ₹35k salary (with consistent work) + Free International/Domestic trips (or cash equivalent).
