About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Life & Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable insurance plans, and providing professional financial guidance to secure their life and health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable life and health insurance products based on their financial and protection needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis and risk assessments.
• Explain policy terms, benefits, and premium structures clearly.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure policy renewals and service support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and IRDA guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Prepare accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance or financial advisory preferred
• IRDA certification preferred (or must obtain within probation period)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
