We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Inside Sales Representative with proven B2B sales experience to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with corporate clients, nurturing leads, and driving business growth.
You will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship building over the phone and through email campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calling, understanding complex product offerings, and communicating value to decision-makers in small, medium, and large enterprises.
Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Cloud Services, Email Hosting, Backup Solutions, and other related cloud products.
Qualify leads, build strong pipelines, and schedule product demos or follow-ups for the sales team.
Develop new leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
Engage in cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with detailed call notes and follow-up schedules.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and efficient communication.
Track performance and provide daily/weekly reports on targets and conversion ratios.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Corporate Sales.
Prior experience in selling SaaS, Cloud Services, or IT Solutions is preferred.
Strong command over spoken and written English is a must.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer pain points and tailor responses accordingly.
Experience in managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
Preferred: Candidates with certifications or training in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Cloud Solutions will be an added advantage.
