key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in residential areas of Gurgaon to promote and sell our internet services.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and pricing of various internet plans to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team and manager to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecom, ISP, or DTH industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of the local Gurgaon market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
