1. Job PURPOSE: To generate sales over the phone, handle customer patient queries, provide product/service information, and ensure Patient satisfaction and follow-ups to increase business.
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients using the given database.
- Explain products/services, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively.
- Understand patient requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
- Convert potential leads into sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve patient queries effectively.
- Maintain a professional tone and follow company script and protocol.
- Maintain CRM records, update call logs, and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with field sales team and other departments as needed.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements based on customer patient responses

Education
certificate in medical assisting
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a counselor or Fresher
Skills
· Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
· Experience: 0–2 years in tele sales/customer service (preferred).
· Languages: Fluent in [English, Hindi, Gujarati]
· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
· Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (optional but preferred).
· Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
· Polite, confident, and customer-focused approach.
