Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support our IT hardware sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, product pitching, quotation preparation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves understanding customer requirements and offering suitable IT hardware solutions.---Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, peripherals, etc.)Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and price negotiations.Follow up with clients for order confirmation and coordinate with the operations team.Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing and availability.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.---Required Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of IT hardware products and solutions.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.Result-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.Ability to handle multiple leads and work under deadlines.
