Inside Sales Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for property inquiries, home loans, and credit card offers.

• Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns and online portals.

• Explain project details, pricing, loan eligibility, and other product features to customers.

• Schedule site visits for real estate clients and coordinate with the sales team.

• Collect and verify customer documents for loan and credit card processing.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with banks/financial partners for loan processing and approvals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both real estate and financial products.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
