Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads. You will play a crucial role in nurturing prospects, converting inquiries into consultations or services, and supporting business growth through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads generated through calls, website, social media, and partner channels.

Qualify leads and understand customer needs through structured conversations.

Schedule consultations with vastu experts and ensure end-to-end coordination.

Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Cross-sell/up-sell relevant vastu products or solutions.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer experience.

Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign responses, and customer behavior.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email.

Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.

Background in wellness, vastu, interior design, or related services is a plus.

Graduate in any discipline; sales or marketing specialization preferred.
