We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team Esse Dew Pvt. Ltd. (Alibaba.Com). We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and Meeting, making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone. The goal is to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and reach out to potential clients, including SMEs, exporters, and manufacturers.
Promote and pitch ALIBABA.COM’s services tailored to business needs.
Onboard new clients to the ALIBABA platform and support their setup.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and convert leads into active clients.
Build and nurture long-term business relationships with clients.
Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets.
Record and manage client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or client onboarding will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related fields).
