About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, nurturing client relationships, pitching products/services, and closing business deals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
Conduct sales pitches, online demos, or product presentations.
Maintain and update customer information and interactions in CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.
Send proposals, quotations, and follow up on closures.
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years in Inside Sales / Business Development / Tele-Sales.
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce) is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
