Roles & Responsibilities:
Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential learners to communicate the organization’s mission and programs.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete sales process for assigned leads:
Interest Creation: Generate interest in learning programs.
Product Demonstration: Effectively showcase the benefits and features of programs.
Sales Closing: Convert leads into enrolled learners.
Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships after enrollment.
Continuous Communication: Interact with leads via phone, email, chat, and social media during pre- and post-sales processes.
Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with leads and learners.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and engage effectively in sales processes.
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
