Business Development Associates for growing Ed-Tech at Gurgaon & Bangalore

As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape

With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how we can help them.

Following up with existing prospects to ensure that we are able to open up new realms of possibilities through the power of our Technical Teaching Methodology and upscaling the technical knowledge

Above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.

Must-Have

1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services

An undergraduate degree in any stream.

Preferred stream - B.Tech / B.E.

Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills

A passion for sales and target achievement

Preliminary knowledge of LSQ

Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product

Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage

1. BDA :

-Experience : 0 - 1 yr of exp

-Salary Bracket : 7 - 8.4 LPA

-Age : Upto 26

2. Sr. BDA :

-Experience : 1 - 6 yrs of exp ( 1 yr ed-tech experience is mandatory )

• Salary Bracket : 8.5 - 11.4 LPA

• Age : Upto 30 Years

Please note: Candidates will be provided an average hike between 20 - 25% hike on their fixed pay.

30% hike will be provided based on the final round panellists feedback.

Job Location - Gurgaon and Bangalore

Numbers of Interview rounds - 2 (Virtual)

Note: The batch starts from 21st Jan and 1st month will be WFH
