HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Promote corporate finance solutions, including working capital, business loans, project finance, and other financial products.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Identify market opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Prepare business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in the Corporate Finance / Financial Services industry is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of corporate finance products and financial markets.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
