Responsibilities

Identify and target potential franchisees through market research and outreach.
Present and promote the franchise opportunity to prospective partners.
Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Maintain relationships with existing franchisees and support their ongoing needs.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
Track and report sales metrics and pipeline status to senior management.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the franchise.
